Lotion

I don’t know how well-known this is, but I just discovered it last week at work. There’s this part in Silence of the Lambs where ‘Buffalo Bill’ goes on about lotion and putting it in the basket (watch the scene here – the bit at around 1:08 is pretty hilarious), and then there’s a song by the GreensKeepers called Lotion (watch here), which is about that scene. Note that I saw/heard both last week, and have been pretty addicted to the song, but only put two and two together this evening. Anyway, I thought it was a pretty cool, and if nothing else, hopefully you’ll like the song :).

Good luck to Nick and Steph at Modest Mouse & Hot Hot Heat!

James, i cant believe you like this song- it mentions ‘heart’ only twice, in the context ‘when i eat your heart i’ll also bite your soul’ and ‘your membrane will be soft and smooth and your heart will be mine’.
I love it, spesh the scratchy guitars.

Haha, we have met but once and you already have preconceived expectations of me! :P

That aside, it really is a fantastic song, though, I love it.
